Coach
Growing up, I never could have imagined the path my life would take, but looking back, everything has led me to where I am today as a coach. I spent 10 years living in Mexico, a chapter that taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of perseverance. As a younger version of myself, I could never have imagined the achievements I’ve accomplished so far, but the lessons I’ve learned along the way have shaped the coach I am today.
I believe in taking it one day at a time and never letting small results get me discouraged. Life’s journey isn’t about immediate success, but about progress and growth. Embracing discomfort and stepping out of my comfort zone has been a major lesson for me, growth only happens when we push past what feels easy and familiar. Above all, I’ve learned the importance of kindness, both to myself and others. I strive to be a source of encouragement and support, as I know how powerful it is to receive that same help in return.
Athletically, I’ve always had a passion for pushing my limits. I spent 8 years as a gymnast, followed by competing in track and field, where I excelled in pole vaulting and long jump. In high school, I competed in league championships, and my experience in weightlifting continues to fuel my passion for fitness today. Through it all, I've learned how to cultivate discipline, focus, and resilience qualities I now instill in clients as a coach.
Today, I’m excited to help others on their own fitness journeys, whether you're just starting out or striving for new personal bests. I’m here to guide you, inspire you, and support you every step of the way. My story is a testament to the power of perseverance, and I believe that with the right mindset and support, you can achieve far more than you ever imagined.

My passion for coaching stems from my deep desire to help others. When I see someone push themselves during that hour or 45 minutes we spend together, knowing that I’ve made a positive impact on their journey, it warms my heart. It’s incredibly encouraging to witness individuals taking steps toward a healthier, stronger version of themselves, and that motivation drives me to help even more people. Having worked in a physical therapy clinic, I’ve seen how discouragement can hold people back, and I’m determined to be the support that helps them rise above it. My goal is to be the rock for someone when they need it most, offering a smile, laughter, and kindness along the way. I truly believe in the power of helping others live healthy, fulfilling lives, and that’s what inspires me every day as a coach.
A major turning point in my life came when I moved to a new country, unsure of what lay ahead and without any clear guidance. I was scared of the unknown, afraid I wouldn’t push myself far enough and would be left behind. The fear of not succeeding, of not finding my path, was overwhelming at times. But I realized that the only way to overcome this was by taking it day by day, embracing discipline, and refusing to stay comfortable or procrastinate. Through this process, I learned to navigate challenges on my own, gradually building the resilience and mindset that now shape me as a coach.
